1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website, submitting a contact form, requesting a quote, scheduling a service, or communicating with Steady State Electric by any means including phone, email, or text message (SMS) you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, and anyone who contacts or engages with Steady State Electric.

3. Our Services

Steady State Electric provides residential electrical services including but not limited to:

Electrical panel upgrades and replacements

EV charger installations

Generator hookups and transfer switch installations

Lighting installations and upgrades

Whole-home surge protection

Electrical troubleshooting and repairs

All services are performed by licensed electricians and are intended for residential properties only. We do not service commercial or industrial properties.

Service availability is subject to our schedule, geographic service area, and the nature of the work requested. We reserve the right to decline any service request at our discretion.

4. Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided by Steady State Electric are based on the information available at the time of the estimate. A final price will be confirmed before any work begins.

Quotes are provided at no charge and carry no obligation.

Pricing may be adjusted if the scope of work changes after an initial assessment.

You will be informed of any changes to the price before additional work proceeds.

We do not charge hidden fees. The price agreed upon before work begins is the price you pay for the agreed scope of work.

Payment terms will be communicated at the time of service. Steady State Electric reserves the right to require payment upon completion of work.

5. Scheduling and Appointments

When you schedule an appointment with Steady State Electric, you agree to the following:

You will provide accurate information about the service location and the nature of the work needed.

You or an authorized adult (18 years or older) will be present at the property at the scheduled time.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, you will notify us as soon as possible.

We will make every reasonable effort to arrive at your scheduled appointment on time. If we need to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you promptly.

Steady State Electric is not liable for delays caused by factors outside our control, including traffic, weather, supply issues, or prior job overruns.

6. SMS / Text Message Communications

By providing your mobile phone number to Steady State Electric and consenting to receive text messages, you agree to the following terms:

Consent
You authorize Steady State ElectricC to send you text messages (SMS) for transactional and service-related purposes, including appointment confirmations, reminders, job status updates, and follow-up communications. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchasing any service.

Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your service activity. You will not receive messages unrelated to your service requests.

Message and Data Rates
Standard message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier and plan. Steady State Electric is not responsible for any carrier charges you incur.

Opt-Out
You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.

7. Customer Responsibilities

To allow us to perform our work safely and effectively, you agree to:

Provide accurate information about your property and the electrical issue or project at hand.

Ensure safe and reasonable access to the areas of the property where work is to be performed.

Disclose any known hazards, pre-existing conditions, or prior electrical work that may affect the job.

Ensure that pets are secured and that the work area is clear and accessible.

Steady State Electric is not responsible for delays, additional costs, or inability to complete work caused by a customer's failure to meet these responsibilities.

8. Workmanship and Warranty

Steady State Electric stands behind the quality of our work. We warrant that all services will be performed in a professional manner, consistent with industry standards and applicable Arizona electrical codes.

If you experience an issue directly related to work performed by Steady State Electric, contact us promptly and we will assess and address it.

Our workmanship warranty covers defects in the work we performed, not pre-existing conditions, damage caused by others, acts of nature, or misuse of electrical systems.

Warranty terms for any equipment, fixtures, or materials installed are governed by the respective manufacturer's warranty, not by Steady State Electric.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Steady State Electric shall not be liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from our services or your use of our website.

Damages caused by pre-existing electrical conditions not disclosed to us or not reasonably discoverable during the scope of the agreed work.

Damage to property or systems resulting from work performed by other contractors before or after our service.

Any loss of data, loss of business, or personal injury not directly caused by our negligence.

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Steady State Electric for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Arizona law.

All content on the Steady State Electric website including text, graphics, logos, images, and page layouts is the property of Steady State Electric and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
