A loose mount, a mis-wired switch leg, or an undersized ceiling box can turn into a rattling fan, a flickering light kit, or a fire hazard down the road. We install every fan the same way we'd want it done in our own home: solid mount, clean wiring, and a full function test before we leave.

This flat rate covers a standard install on an existing, fan-rated ceiling box, in any room in your home. If your ceiling doesn't currently have a fan-rated box or you're adding a new switch, we'll walk you through what that adds to the job before we start, no surprise charges after the fact.
