WILL YOU GIVE ME A PRICE BEFORE STARTING ANY WORK?
Always. We give you a clear, upfront price before any work begins. No surprise charges at the end, no fees that weren't discussed. You know exactly what you're paying and why before we start the work.
DO YOU ACTUALLY SHOW UP ON TIME?
Yes. We schedule work in convenient 2-hour windows so you aren't stuck waiting around all day. We send a reminder 1 hour prior to your arrival window, and our technician will text or call with a precise ETA as soon as they're on their way.
WILL YOU TRY TO SELL ME SOMETHING I DON'T NEED?
No. That's one of the core things Steady State Electric was built on no upsells you don't need. We tell you what your home actually requires, explain why, and stop there. If you don't need it, we won't recommend it. Period.
